Limits and Restrictions on Use of Auto-Data.net Api Database

1. When you are using one-call API you have to store the data in your own database/platform and not use it in your applications in a real time.
2. Links to the images, provided via API, conain your personal access code. Images must be downloaded and then used in your applications. Images MUST NOT be used in your applications with the links, provided.
3. You may not resell or distribute the Auto-Data.net API data.
4. The accuracy and completeness of Auto-Data.net API data cannot be guaranteed to any degree, and is provided “as is”.
5. You may not use the Auto-Data.net API data in any manner or for any purpose that violates any law or regulation, any right of any person.
6. You may not use the Auto-Data.net API data in a commercial product or service that competes with products or services offered by API.Auto-Data.net, including charging for a downloadable vehicle database or creating a vehicle data API.
7. Auto-Data.net API Data is offered without any warranty. The data provider shall in no way be held responsible for any damages that may occur from use of the data.
8. These Terms of Use may be modified from time to time.

API Usage

By accessing the Auto-Data.net API you are agreeing to the following terms

1. Services.Auto-Data.net API is a service that allows access to an online database of vehicle information. The API and underlying data may be modified or discontinued with or without notice. Auto-Data.net API shall not be liable to you or any third party should the service be modified or discontinued.
2. Copyright And License. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable right to access the API, use the Services and Data for your personal, commercial, or informational use. Car DataBase API has the right to block or prevent future access to and use of the API.
   This license is subject to the following restrictions:
   • You may not use the Auto-Data.net API in any manner or for any purpose that violates any law or regulation, any right of any person.
   • You agree that you will provide the Auto-Data.net API Data to users on “as is” terms.
   • You may not use the Auto-Data.net API in a product or service that competes with products or services offered by API.Auto-Data.net, including charging for a downloadable vehicle database or creating a vehicle data API.
   • You may retain (make a copy into your own database, cache or other similar technologies) copy of the Auto-Data.net API Data.
3. Your access to the API will be restricted if you are found to be abusing the service.

Image License

There are two types of images, available with the API. The first type is the images provided exclusively by Auto-Data.net API's photographers' team.
The second type of images in the API are gathered from different sources and come with different licenses. Each image has an attribution and a license tag that defines the license of each image. Auto-data.net API users are obligated to apply the license's attribution to each image.
Images can be shared, altered, copied. Using of images and copyrighted content on them (as brand logos) may not violate copyrights of third parties (as car manufacturers).

Please be aware that certain Content may be subject to additional intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, design rights), moral rights, proprietary rights, property rights, privacy rights or similar. It is your responsibility to check whether you require the consent of a third party or a license to use Content.
