Taxes and Prices

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Depending on the client’s legal status and jurisdiction, VAT may be added in accordance with applicable legislation.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

One-Call API

• If payment has been made but no file has been downloaded, the client may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• If at least one download has been made, the client may request a partial refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund is limited to 10% of the paid amount, corresponding to the remaining updates that have not been provided.

REST API

• The client may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• The refund may be up to 80% of the smaller amount between:
  1. the amount proportional to the remaining subscription period;
  2. the amount proportional to the remaining unused requests.
• The calculated amount is determined by Automotive Data Ltd. and refunded after deducting any applicable transaction fees.

Renewals

One-Call API

• Renewal for the second year costs 30% of the initial purchase price (70% discount compared to the first year).
• For each subsequent year, the renewal price is 30% of the current price for ordering the same package.

REST API

• Adding additional requests and/or extending the subscription period is charged at the current price for ordering the same volume of services, reduced by 25%.

General Renewal Terms

Renewal conditions and preferential pricing are valid only during the active subscription period.
