Payments and order cancellation

Prices do not include VAT tax. VAT tax may be added depending on your location and legal status.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Order cancellation and refund

We value our clients and the choices they make. That's why we have a clear Refund Policy. If you have purchased data from our specs database but decided for whatever reason that you do not need it, you can get a refund:

• You can get a Full Refund if you have already paid but haven't downloaded any data yet, within 14 days from the initial purchase contract.
• You can get a Partial Refund - available when the subscription gets cancelled within 14 days from the initial purchase contract, which already downloaded data. In this case you can get up to 10% of the money paid, which is equal to the updates left from the subscription.

Renewals

When you place an order you will see the next year's renewal price. This price is only valid if the service renewal is done during the service's active period. You will receive a notification email 10 to 30 days before the service expires.
